We are looking for a commercially driven, data-oriented *Head of Sales* to lead our sales function, strengthen market presence and drive sustainable business growth.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Strong managerial capabilities with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.

2. Data-driven approach to sales strategy, business expansion, target planning and performance monitoring.

3. Strong understanding of dealer networks, channel management, territory development and market dynamics.

4. Ability to drive farmer engagement through product demonstrations, field days, trials and effective market development.

5. Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, budgeting and decision-making abilities.

Experience: 5–10 years preferred. Candidates from the seed industry or other relevant industries with solid sales leadership capabilities are welcome.

Education: MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Science, Biotechnology or related fields.
