Education: - BE in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibility: -
1) Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities and allocate work to technicians.
2) Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machines, motors, control panels, MCC panels, PLCs, drives and other electrical equipment.
3) Ensure minimum machine downtime through timely troubleshooting and corrective actions.
4) Monitor and maintain electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and utility equipment.
5) Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
6) Identify recurring electrical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7) Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
and applicable statutory requirements.
8) Coordinate with Production and other departments to plan maintenance activities without affecting production.
9) Monitor spare parts availability and maintain the required inventory of electrical components.
10) Guide and train electrical technicians on safe working practices and technical troubleshooting.
11) Support internal audits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements related to maintenance.
12) Identify opportunities for energy saving, equipment improvement and maintenance cost reduction.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
