Job Description – IT Executive

Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics or relevant technical stream)
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Preference: B.Tech candidates will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive with good technical knowledge of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and IT support. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related problems.
- Manage software installation, updates, licensing, and system configurations.
- Assist in managing cloud-based platforms, applications, and data backup.
- Provide IT support for email systems, operating systems, and business applications.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of IT infrastructure.




- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers whenever required.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and adherence to IT policies.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve employee queries.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and IT support will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
