Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced, agile, and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic sales expertise, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the Alappuzha branch.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Business Development Managers, Team Leaders, and BDA teams.
- Drive monthly student admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
- Develop effective lead generation and admission conversion strategies.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing admissions.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure consistent achievement of branch-level business objectives.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies and drive business growth.
- Strong decision-making and team management capabilities.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
