Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive intern who is passionate about marketing, advertising, social media and content production.

The role involves coordinating with influencers, photographers, cinematographers and other creative professionals, managing databases and assisting in campaign execution. Occasionally, the candidate will also be required to accompany the team on shoots and assist with on-ground production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, connect and coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Communicate with photographers, cinematographers, videographers and other creative professionals.
- Source talent, collect portfolios, quotations and availability.
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets, databases and campaign trackers.
- Manage follow-ups, communication and coordination with external collaborators.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Occasionally accompany the team on shoots and assist with shoot management and production coordination.
- Have a basic understanding of cameras, photography, videography, framing and video editing.
- Research social media trends, content ideas and potential creative opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good organisational and data management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of cameras, photography and video editing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content.
- Quick learner with an adaptable and proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable interacting with different people and coordinating on-ground shoots.

Preferred Qualifications

- Students, freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Filmmaking or Media Studies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in event management, photography, filmmaking or influencer coordination is a plus.
