We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction, maintenance, repair, and infrastructure development activities at our industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in managing contractors, site execution, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities at industrial facilities.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Inspect buildings, factory structures, flooring, roofs, drainage systems, foundations, and other civil infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates,



material requirements, and project progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor contractor performance, work quality, project costs, and schedules.
- Identify structural defects, civil maintenance requirements, and potential infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, applicable building regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain records of site inspections, maintenance activities, work completion, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Engineering teams for civil repair and infrastructure improvement activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
