About the Role
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining suitable insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
This is a target-based sales role with an attractive incentive structure for achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly.
- Convert leads into successful insurance sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of sales processes.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or Telugu/Hindi.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales will be an advantage.
