Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to- day construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with contractors , subcontractors, and site labour
- Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports
- Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures.
- Report daily site progress, challenges, delays, and requirements to the Project Manager / Project Head.
- Monitor and complete pending works within the scheduled timeline.
- Prepare snag lists and coordinate with the concerned teams for rectification.
- Ensure all assigned construction works are completed as per quality standards before handover.
- Attend site-related complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper communication between the site team, office team, and management.
