Cosmetica India Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, provide detailed academic counselling, and drive course admissions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests, recommending suitable professional courses, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed academic and career counselling to prospective students.
- Guide students about courses in Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, and Professional Cosmetology.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle high-intent student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counselling.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to encourage enrolments.
- Convert interested candidates into confirmed admissions.
- Handle student objections and provide appropriate course-related solutions.
- Maintain accurate student enquiry and counselling records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the admission, academic, and marketing teams.
- Support junior counsellors and guide them in handling student enquiries.
- Monitor counselling performance and achieve monthly admission targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Counselling, or Admission Counselling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong student counselling and sales conversion abilities.
- Positive knowledge of educational courses and admission procedures.
- Ability to handle high-value course enquiries and close admissions.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented with a professional and confident personality.
- Experience in a professional training academy or educational institute will be preferred.
