Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the AR Caller position in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable activities, contacting insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, following up on denied or unpaid claims, and ensuring timely payment collection for healthcare services.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for claim denials or payment delays.
- Follow up with insurance providers for pending and unpaid claims.
- Resolve claim-related queries and coordinate with insurance representatives.
- Work on claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update claim details in the billing system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
