- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Job Summary

ARDEM is looking for enthusiastic Technology Interns from Tier 1 colleges who are eager to build hands-on experience in contemporary software development, AI-powered tools, and business process automation. Interns will work on real projects – building web applications, automating workflows, and researching and applying emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking real-world exposure in a fast-growing, technology-driven organization.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education:
- Tech (Computer Science) / M.Tech (Computer Science)
- Tier 1 colleges preferred
- Experience Level: Fresher
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Skills Required

Programming Fundamentals (Must Have)

- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and/or JavaScript / TypeScript
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms
- Building and consuming REST APIs (JSON)
- Exposure to a modern framework such as Django / FastAPI / Flask or js

AI & Generative AI

- Hands-on use of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Prompt engineering basics and responsible use of AI (verifying output, protecting client data)
- Basic understanding of LLM APIs and integrating AI features into applications
- Awareness of RAG, embeddings, and AI agents (good to have)

Automation & Workflow Tools

- Task automation using Python scripting (file handling, Excel/CSV processing, data extraction)




- Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make
- Browser automation with Playwright / Selenium (good to have)
- Interest in RPA and intelligent document processing (OCR) for business processes

Database Skills

- PostgreSQL / MySQL (or any relational database)
- Writing complex SQL queries, joins, and subqueries
- Functions, indexes, and database design and performance tuning basics
- ORM usage (e.g., Django ORM / SQLAlchemy), migrations, and transaction handling

Tools & Environment

- VS Code or AI-enabled code editors (e.g., Cursor)
- Postman or similar API testing tools
- Project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Teams)

Good to Have (Optional)

- Cloud basics (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Data handling and analysis with Pandas; dashboards with Power BI
- Personal, academic, or open-source projects in AI or automation (portfolio link preferred)
Curiosity to research, evaluate, and
- new tools and emerging technologies

Work Environment & Tools

- Comfortable working in a remote setup
- Familiarity with collaboration and remote access tools
