Job Description – General Manager (GM) – Finance & Accounting

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GM – Finance & Accounting to lead the company's finance and accounting operations, ensure strong financial governance, and drive financial readiness for the company's upcoming IPO.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall finance and accounting operations, including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, cash flow management, working capital and cost control.
- Drive IPO-related financial preparedness, due diligence and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors and legal advisors.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, taxation and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory, internal and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting systems, policies and processes.
- Oversee fundraising support, banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for effective business decision-making.
- Lead, mentor and manage the finance and accounts team.





Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
- Experience in IPO preparation, fundraising or working with listed companies will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
