URGENT HIRING – SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER (BAKERY MANUFACTURING)

Position: Senior Production Manager – Bakery / Bread & Bun Manufacturing

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and technical expertise)

Job Description

We are urgently looking for an experienced and technically robust Senior Production Manager to independently manage and oversee our complete bakery manufacturing operations.

The candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in bread and bun manufacturing, including burger buns, pav, pizza bases, cream buns, and other bakery products.

We are looking for someone who can take complete responsibility for production planning, recipe formulation, product development, manufacturing costing, quality control, manpower management, and overall factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage complete bakery production and manufacturing operations.
- Robust technical knowledge of bread, burger buns, pav, pizza bases, cream buns, and other bakery products.
- Manage complete production processes, including mixing, dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, baking, cooling, and packing.
- Handle recipe formulation, ingredient ratios, batch planning, and product consistency.
- Calculate product-wise manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, electricity, wastage, and overheads.
- Monitor production yields, wastage, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Manage raw material procurement planning, inventory, and stock consumption.
- Develop and implement production SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and workers.
- Monitor machinery performance, production capacity, and operational efficiency.




- Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and timely order fulfilment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bakery or bread manufacturing.
- Must have strong practical experience in bread and bun production.
- Complete knowledge of bakery manufacturing processes and formulations.
- Mandatory experience in product costing and manufacturing cost calculation.
- Experience in production planning, yield management, wastage control, and quality management.
- Proven experience in independently managing production teams and factory operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Age: 28–50 years.
- Candidates with experience in commercial bakery or industrial bakery manufacturing preferred.
- Must be capable of independently managing the complete production department.
- Solid technical and managerial knowledge of bakery operations.
- Should have the ability to improve production efficiency while controlling manufacturing costs.
- Candidates from established bread and bakery manufacturing companies preferred.

Salary & Benefits

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

We are specifically looking for a Senior Production Manager with proven experience in commercial bread and bun manufacturing.

Candidates must have practical knowledge of bakery production, recipe formulation, manufacturing costing, production planning, and complete factory operations.

Candidates from general food manufacturing without direct bakery / bread / bun manufacturing experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
