Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Oversee P&L; statements, build and manage annual budgets, monitor cash flow, and control operational costs. [1, 2]
- Revenue & Sales Growth: Analyze market trends, track occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate), and collaborate with the sales team to build pricing and marketing strategies. [1, 2, 3]
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day functions across housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, upholding health, safety, and security regulations. [1, 2, 3]
- Guest Relations: Monitor guest feedback (reviews and surveys), uphold service quality, and personally handle escalated complaints. [1, 2, 3]
- Leadership & HR: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff, fostering a robust team culture. [1, 2]
- Asset Protection: Plan and enforce preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical property and equipment. [1]

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
