Key Responsibilities
- Team manage and grow generic pharma business in the assigned area
- Directly handle chemists, and distributors/stockists
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales volume
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key parties
- Ensure product availability and regular order flow
- Identify and appoint new parties in the market
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Submit regular updates and reports to management
Qualifications
- Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Generic Pharma Business Must
- Proven experience in party handling and business generation
- Strong local market knowledge
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
