Planet i Constructions and Developers is looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, understands on-site execution, and can ensure that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Workforce Management: Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and daily labour activities to ensure smooth site operations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily site progress, monitor work schedules, and ensure that project activities are completed within निर्धारित timelines.
- Material Management: Monitor construction material requirements, coordinate procurement requests, and avoid unnecessary material wastage.
- Measurements & Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, work records,



and other relevant documentation.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that workers follow construction safety practices and that the site remains organised and compliant with safety requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify on-site challenges, communicate issues promptly, and assist in implementing practical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction site supervision or civil engineering execution.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building materials, structural components, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction measurements, estimation, and quantity calculations.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and AutoCAD. Knowledge of other construction-related software will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively with different teams.




- Willingness to work at construction sites and handle on-ground responsibilities.

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 Can vary according to Candidate's Experience.
