About the Role

Ingri is seeking dedicated and reliable Service Partners to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Order Management: Accurately take customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Table Service: Deliver food and drinks efficiently, check in with guests during their meal, and maintain table cleanliness.
- Payment Processing: Prepare accurate bills and process cash and digital payments.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the dining area, serving stations, and tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set at all times.
- Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with floor staff and kitchen personnel to maintain productive service during peak operating hours.





Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or front-of-house staff in a restaurant or cafe.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Professional Conduct: Punctual, dependable, well-groomed, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment with composure.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to high standards of customer service.
