Key Responsibilities

- Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and multimedia presentations.
- Documentary Editing & Reels: Assist in editing documentaries and producing engaging reels that tell captivating visual stories.
- Logo Animations: Create dynamic logo animations that enhance brand identity and visual appeal.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand standards and creative vision.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver engaging visual solutions.
- Video Editing: Edit videos and combine audiovisual elements to create cohesive and compelling narratives.
- Trend Research: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and digital design to continually bring fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship in all design projects with attention to detail and consistency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics,



with a portfolio demonstrating a range of motion design projects.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles and digital storytelling.
- Design Skills: Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and composition.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Project Management: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
