Location: Serampore, Hooghly (Near Serampore railway Station)

· Salary- 12k-25k (No bar for deserving candidates)

· Time: Monday-Saturday 10.30 am-7.00 pm.

· Qualification: H.S or above.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assign individual sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor daily calls, customer visits, meetings, follow-ups, and lead conversions.




- Guide and support sales executives in closing deals and handling customer objections.
- Train and develop team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
- Handle important customers and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Analyze team performance and take corrective action wherever required.
