Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise commercial interior fit-out projects, including corporate offices, retail spaces, and other commercial establishments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, interior finishing works, labour management, material coordination, and project scheduling.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and understand architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily site execution activities.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, vendors, and ongoing project activities.
- Ensure all interior fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Supervise interior finishing works, including flooring, ceiling, partitioning, painting, carpentry, and other fit-out activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Monitor project progress, labour productivity,



and material consumption.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and project documentation.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the scheduled timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in corporate office interior projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior execution, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination is an added advantage.
- Strong site supervision, team management, and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
