Job Description – Sales Executive

Company: Bhopal System – Door & Window
Location: Bhopal | Indore | Ujjain | Jabalpur
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹26,000 per month
Bike: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent sales leads through field visits, builders, contractors, architects and customers.
- Visit construction sites and meet potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell UPVC & Aluminium Windows and Doors.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects and dealers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the office and production team for confirmed orders.
- Regularly update lead, quotation and customer follow-up status.
- Willingness to travel within assigned city and nearby areas.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of relevant sales/field-sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a target-oriented approach.
- Own bike and valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to travel for customer/site visits.
- Experience in UPVC, Aluminium, Windows & Doors, Construction or Building Material sales will be an advantage.
