Job Title: Accountant

Organization: OJD Computer Education

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts of the institute.
- Manage student fee records, receipts, refunds, and pending dues.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and assist in filings.
- Maintain payroll records, salaries, and reimbursements (if applicable).
- Conduct internal checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Calling & Coordination Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students/parents for fee reminders and follow-ups.
- Handle inquiry calls related to courses, fees, batches, and schedules.
- Follow up with walk-in and online leads as per institute guidelines.




- Coordinate with the counseling and academic team regarding admissions and payments.
- Maintain call records and update inquiry/fee status.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Experience in an educational or training institute is an advantage.
- Basic calling and communication skills in English and local language.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally/QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Work Environment

- Full-time, Onsite position
- Day shift
- Occasional extended hours during month-end or admission periods
