Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, excellent business development skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall sales operations across the branch.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and BDA teams.
- Drive monthly admission targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
- Develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing admissions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Ensure consistent achievement of branch-level revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong experience in sales team management and leadership.
- EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
- Strategic thinking and business growth orientation.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
