Job Description
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Product Advisors – Telecalling Sales for our Chennai location. Candidates should have prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, collections, upselling, or renewals, along with good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products and services and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximise conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and calling details.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Collections, Upselling, or Renewals.
- Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.
