Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to promote our website and mobile application, communicate with existing clients, and inform them about the latest offers, promotions, rewards, and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
- Promote the company’s website and mobile application.
- Explain the latest offers, special promotions, and perks of using our app and website.
- Inform customers about available rewards, bonuses, and promotional schemes.
- Assist clients with basic queries and encourage customer engagement.
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.
Working Schedule & Benefits
- Regular working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Sunday will be the weekly holiday.
- Public holidays will generally be holidays.
- If the company requires you to work on a Sunday or public holiday, you will receive an additional bonus for that working day, as per company policy.
- Training and guidance will be provided to help you perform your role effectively.
