About the Role

Revstar Solutions is looking for motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, strong English communication skills, and the ability to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make approximately 100+ outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Follow provided calling scripts and outreach guidelines.
- Identify and qualify potential business leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Good spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or computer.
- A quiet and professional remote working environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
