Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer to manage digital advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve marketing performance. The candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for educational programs and training courses.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to improve ROI and achieve marketing targets.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct audience research and identify target customer segments.




- Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Create and test different ad creatives, campaign formats, and audience targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams for marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising strategies.
- Track leads and coordinate with the sales and academic counselling team.
- Maintain campaign records and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the company in achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
