Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager with a strong background in franchise development, leasing, sales and business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying franchise opportunities, acquiring business partners and driving franchise growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current franchise opportunities.
- Handle franchise sales, leasing and business expansion activities.
- Identify potential investors, franchise partners and business associates.
- Generate leads, conduct negotiations and close franchise deals.
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and development.




- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and expansion opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in franchise development, leasing and sales.
- Business development and client acquisition.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Market research and location analysis.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Eligibility

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in franchise development, leasing, sales or business expansion.
- Experience in identifying and acquiring franchise partners.
- Candidates from franchise consulting, retail expansion, commercial leasing or real estate expansion backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
