Supervise daily factory operation and workers
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Maintain quality standard of products
Handle inventory raw materials usage
Coordinate with management for planning and execution
Monitor worker performance and discipline
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the factory
Requirements:
Experience in factory or production supervision
