Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
- Track non-conformities (NCs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audit observations.
- Maintain customer complaint records and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for management reviews.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for QMS implementation.
- Monitor 5S, 4M change management, and process compliance.
- Ensure proper document control and timely revision of quality records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field.
- 3–4 years of experience in QMS/System Quality, preferably in the automotive or plastic injection moulding industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, internal audits, and quality documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
