Housekeeping & Interior Management (Often handled by one partner)

- Deep cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens.
- Kitchen upkeep, washing utensils, and meal preparation (such as cooking family meals or evening dinner).
- Preparing the property for the arrival of owners, family members, or incoming guests.

2. Property, Grounds & Maintenance (Often handled by the other partner)

- Landscaping, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and gardening.
- General upkeep of infrastructure, swimming pool care, and car washing.
- Minor repairs and handywork (fixing leaky faucets, broken lights, or basic electrical/plumbing issues).
- Coordinating, booking, and supervising external contractors for major repairs.

3. Security & Access Control (Shared)

- Opening and closing gates, doors,



and perimeter fences.
- Monitoring alarm systems, CCTV feeds, and checking windows and lights.
- Inspecting building systems (water levels, power generators, lighting).
- Receiving mail, deliveries, and paying utility bills on behalf of the owner.

4. Guest & Client Services / Administration

- Welcoming visitors, handling check-ins/check-outs, and acting as the main point of contact.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and household items.
- Assisting with elder care, transport to medical appointments, or daily routines if required by the family.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
