Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Commi 1 Chef to join our kitchen team at Temple Street, Karol Bagh. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of North Indian curries, tandoor, and gravies.

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic North Indian dishes, gravies, curries, dal , sabzi, and tandoor items as per standard recipes .

Manage mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep for Indian section.

Maintain food quality, taste, portion, and presentation as per SOP

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI standards in kitchen

Coordinate with Commi 2 / Helpers and manage stock, wastage control





Check raw material quality and inform for indent / ordering Follow FIFO and proper storage of food items

Requirements:

2-4 years experience as Indian Commi 1 / DCDP in Restaurant / QSR / Hotel.

Good knowledge of Indian gravies, tandoor, and masalas.

Ability to handle busy service and bulk cooking .

Basic knowledge of hygiene & food safety

Immediate joiners preferred
