Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Handle incoming enquiries, make client calls, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable LED lighting solutions.
- Arrange client meetings and conduct site visits as required.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Develop recent customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Production Department for order specifications, production status, and timely delivery.
- Maintain daily lead, calling, follow-up, quotation, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream; Marketing background preferred.
- Experience in LED Lights, Electrical, or Lighting industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and IndiaMART.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
