Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team in the fintech/NBFC domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills, along with a good understanding of sales processes and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Deliver product, process, and sales skills training.
- Train employees on pitching, lead handling, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, assessments, and refresher sessions.
- Monitor sales performance and identify training needs.
- Coach low-performing employees and improve sales productivity.
- Ensure awareness of KYC, compliance, and ethical-selling practices.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and assessment records.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience as a Sales Trainer / Process Trainer / Corporate Trainer, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, Lending,



or Financial Services.
- Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years of sales experience, preferably at Team Leader level, with strong training and coaching skills may apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and team-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/dialer tools.
- Graduate preferred.
