This is NOT a counter sales job. This is Field + Experience Centre role - 50% time meeting Architects, 50% time closing HNI clients at our Delhi Luxury Experience Centre.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

1.Own Architects Network (Non-Negotiable): Must have personal network of minimum 30-50 Architects / Interior Designers in Delhi NCR - South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Should be able to call 10 architects and get meeting for next week

Must have done business with architects from: Shahpur Jat, MG Road, DLF Phase 2, Chattarpur, Lutyens

Should know top Delhi architects by name and their project types (Farmhouse, Villa, 4BHK Luxury) If you don't have architect diary, PLEASE DON'T APPLY

2. Own Vehicle (Non-Negotiable): Must have own Car or Bike + Valid License - Delhi region travel is 50-80km daily

Company will give petrol allowance (Rs 6,000/month) + 50% Maintenance (Annually) Should be ready for site visits in PAN India at short notice

3. Can Talk to Clients (HNI & Architects): Excellent communication - English + Local Language- Can talk to HNI family (Husband, Wife) + Architect together , 5-Star Conduct & Grooming - Formals, Punctual,

Can explain luxury products in lifestyle language, not technical jargon

Can handle objections: "Bose is cheaper", "Why Focal?", "What is benefit to my interior?"

Presentable - Delhi HNI clients judge in first 30 seconds
