We are looking for talented, passionate, and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing team at ConvexTech!

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
- Experience working with Implementation Partners.
- Good knowledge of W2, 1099 & C2C hiring models.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting IT consultants.
- Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source and screen qualified IT consultants.
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
- Handle W2,



1099, and C2C requirements.
- Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
