About the Job

Flipcab Cable Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Sales Executives for Nagpur, Kanpur, and Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, managing existing distributors, developing new dealers, and expanding the company's business in the assigned territory.

Candidates from any location can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to the assigned job location if required. The role involves regular market visits and field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing dealers and distributors and maintain good business relationships.
- Find and develop new dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
- Generate current sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Visit markets regularly to identify new business opportunities.
- Increase product sales and develop the dealer network in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and better market coverage.
- Track competitor activities, market demand, and pricing trends.
- Follow up on orders, pending payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Submit daily market visit reports and regular sales updates.
- Achieve sales targets and support the company's business growth.

Requirements

- 2.5–4 years of experience in sales or business development.




- Experience in dealer handling, distributor management, channel sales, or field sales.
- Experience in wires and cables, electrical products, solar products, or building materials will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication is required; Hindi and the local language will be an advantage.
- Ability to develop new customers and manage an assigned sales territory independently.
- Must be willing to travel regularly for market visits.
- Graduate candidates are preferred. B.Com, B.Tech, Electrical, or other relevant qualifications will be considered.
- Candidates from any location can apply if they are willing to relocate to the assigned city.

What Will Be Expected?

- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new dealers and distributors.
- Increase sales from existing customers.
- Improve market coverage through regular field visits.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer relationships.
- Submit sales reports on time.

Important: This is a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for handling the assigned territory and meeting dealers, distributors, retailers, and other business customers. The role requires regular travel and relocation to the assigned location, if applicable.
