INTERIOR DESIGNER - MALDIVES

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our team in Maldives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, 2D/3D design, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and client presentations.
- Select appropriate furniture, materials, colours, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare material lists and assist with cost estimations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements and project deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture,



or a related field.
- Previous experience in interior design and project coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Valuable knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, and finishes.
- Strong creativity, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
