We are looking for a dynamic and personable Relationship Manager to join Corporate Marriage Bureau. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sales flair, and a passion for building meaningful connections. You will be responsible for guiding clients in their matchmaking journey while also contributing to client acquisition and growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients seeking matrimonial services.
Understand clients' preferences, values, and relationship goals to provide personalized matchmaking recommendations.
Matchmaking:
Utilize our database and resources to identify potential matches based on clients' criteria and preferences.
Provide feedback and guidance to clients following meetings to enhance their matchmaking experience.
Sales and Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base through targeted outreach efforts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Coordinate schedules and appointments effectively to optimize client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
