Job Summary

Catalyst is looking for a passionate and experienced CMA USA Mentor to guide, train, and mentor students pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA USA) qualification.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CMA USA subjects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex accounting and finance concepts. The candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance, mentoring students, monitoring their progress, and motivating them to successfully clear the CMA USA examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide students pursuing the CMA USA certification.
- Provide academic support for both CMA USA Part 1 and Part 2.
- Explain complex concepts in Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics, Strategic Financial Management, and related subjects.
- Conduct mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
- Help students prepare effective study plans and examination strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Motivate students to maintain consistency and achieve their examination goals.
- Support students with mock tests, practice questions, and exam preparation.




- Coordinate with the academic team to improve student learning outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide individual academic guidance.

Requirements

- CMA USA qualified candidates preferred.
- Candidates who have cleared both parts of CMA USA are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, management accounting, financial management, and cost accounting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
- Prior experience in CMA USA training, mentoring, or academic counselling is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
