About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic US Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Goa. You will support US-based clients by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions, working closely with account managers and hiring teams during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from US clients and account managers
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Linked In, Career Builder, Monster), social media, and internal databases
- Screen candidates on skills, experience, work authorization, and availability
- Conduct initial calls with candidates and present suitable profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Meet daily and weekly submission and closure targets
Mandatory Requirements ?
# Requirement 1 6 months to 1 year of experience (any domain) 2 Open to working night shifts (US time zone) 3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4 Based in or willing to work from Panaji, Goa, with own arrangement for commute
Candidates not meeting all four mandatory criteria will not be considered.
Valuable to Have
- Prior exposure to US staffing or recruitment
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools and Boolean search
