the current application, desktop, policy, entitlement, profile, image, printing
and dependency landscape.

· Build and configure resource
locations, Cloud Connectors, machine catalogs, delivery groups, applications,
policies and monitoring.

· Create and maintain golden
images, install VDAs, manage image versions and coordinate application
onboarding.

· Configure profile-management
components and validate logon performance, application launch and session
behavior.

· Execute functional,
integration, performance, security, failover and user-acceptance test support.

· Troubleshoot L3 issues
involving registration, brokering, profiles, sessions, policies, printing and
application launch.

· Prepare SOPs, build records,
configuration backups, troubleshooting guides and knowledge-transfer material.

Qualifications Experience and Qualifications

· Typically 6-10 years in Citrix
administration and L3 engineering, including enterprise on-premises to cloud
migration, modernization or greenfield implementation experience.

· Preferred: CCA-V or
CCP-V/current equivalent

· Microsoft Azure or Windows
Server certification is advantageous

· ITIL Foundation is advantageous

· Citrix DaaS / Virtual Apps and
Desktops administration

· Citrix Studio, Director,
Workspace, Store Front and Cloud administration

· MCS, PVS awareness, VDA
lifecycle and Windows Server

· Application publishing,
entitlement migration and compatibility testing

· WEM, UPM and FSLogix

· Power Shell scripting and
configuration comparison

· Citrix ADC / Gateway
operational knowledge

· Migration execution,
validation, rollback and troubleshooting

· Incident, change and
release-management practices
