Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with solid expertise in Pega Platform, Pega Frameworks and Pega Decision Hub. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing scalable enterprise applications, intelligent decisioning solutions and business process automation. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement enterprise applications using Pega Platform and Pega Frameworks.
- Develop reusable components, business rules and workflows to support scalable application development.
- Configure and optimize Pega Decision Hub, including decision strategies, predictive models and Next Best Action (NBA).
- Develop integrations between Pega applications and internal/external enterprise systems.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting and optimization of Pega applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and Pega solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, guide team members and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices.
- Support testing, defect resolution, root cause analysis and production deployments.




- Prepare technical documentation and support application maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 6–12 years of overall experience in Pega development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform and Pega Frameworks.
- Practical experience in Pega Decision Hub and decision strategy implementation.
- Pega LSA or SSA certification preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
