Job Description: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift, Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter based in Chennai to join our Talent Acquisition team on a work-from-home basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements from US clients, working closely with account managers and delivery teams during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand IT job requirements, tech stacks, and client expectations in detail
- Source candidates through Dice, Linked In, Career Builder, Monster, Git Hub, and internal databases using advanced Boolean and X-ray search
- Screen candidates on technical skills, project experience, work authorization, rate expectations, and availability
- Recruit across roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Dev Ops, QA/Automation, SAP, Salesforce, and Business Analyst
- Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and handle W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements
- Submit quality profiles,



coordinate client interviews, and follow up through to offer and onboarding
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring IT skill sets
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and share regular status updates
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly submission, interview, and closure targets
- Mentor junior recruiters where required

Mandatory Requirements ?

US IT Experience of 2 to 5 years
Base location needs to be Chennai

Excellent communication skills

Valuable to Have

- Experience with direct-client and end-client IT requirements
- Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS tools such as Bullhorn or Ceipal
- Proven track record of closures and meeting client SLAs
- Experience in niche or hard-to-fill skill sets (Cybersecurity, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce)
