Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning & Optimization solutions.
- Analyze retail supply chain processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and execute demand forecasting and inventory optimization models using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis planning solutions.
- Support sales planning and execution through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kinaxis solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and production support for Kinaxis applications.
- Monitor planning performance and ensure solutions meet business KPIs and operational objectives.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and planning teams.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows,



and solution guidelines.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to existing planning processes.

Required Qualifications

- 7–11 years of experience in supply chain planning and SCM technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning.
- Positive understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response Fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of retail planning, supply chain management, and sales planning and execution.
- Experience in Kinaxis implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Kinaxis Certified Rapid Response Planner
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
