Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team!
Location: Sector 11, Panchkula
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Negotiable (As per experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about academic programmes and courses.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage student data, leads and follow-ups through CRM software.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in academic counselling or education sales.
Practical CRM knowledge and working experience (Mandatory).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student queries professionally.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
