Sculpt Partners is hiring a Disaster Response Lead, part time for about five months, for our upcoming AI-driven climate-resilience initiative.
We are looking for an seasoned professional that brings 10 or more years in disaster management or emergency operations, with first-hand experience of how extreme weather warnings are issued, relayed and acted on at district level, ideally in South Asia. You know standing operating procedures, how officers decide under pressure with poor information, and where last-mile alerts break down. You are comfortable working with government agencies, running exercises with control-room teams, and explaining trade-offs to technical and senior audiences.
