As a Placement Officer, you will play a critical role in connecting job seekers with employment opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of job seekers to determine their skills and career goals
- Match job seekers with employment opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
- Provide ongoing support to job seekers and employers, including job coaching and training




- Track and document placement results and job seeker satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience working with underrepresented or marginalized populations
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to job placement challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
