We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients within the Affluent Banking segment. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business across liabilities, assets, wealth, and fee-based products while delivering a superior customer experience. The role requires strong relationship management, sales, and financial advisory skills to enhance portfolio value and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire recent Affluent/HNI customers and expand existing relationships.
- Drive business across liabilities, assets, investments, and fee-income products.
- Conduct financial profiling and provide customized banking solutions.
- Increase portfolio profitability through cross-selling and upselling.
- Review client portfolios regularly and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Build strong client engagement through regular meetings and relationship reviews.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and servicing.
- Organize client engagement activities and sales initiatives.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and risk management guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Affluent Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Retail Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Solid understanding of investment, liability, and asset products.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, sales, and advisory capabilities.
- Existing network of HNI clients in the Delhi market will be preferred.
