About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) who can work directly with customer business teams to understand challenges, design solutions, and build AI-powered applications and intelligent automation.

You will use Krista as the primary development and execution platform to build AI agents, automate business workflows, integrate enterprise applications, and deliver production-ready solutions.

This role combines solution architecture, AI engineering, software development, and customer collaboration.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using the Krista platform.
- Develop intelligent agents, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
- Leverage RAG, prompt engineering, MCP, APIs, and agentic AI capabilities.
- Build rapid prototypes and convert them into production-ready solutions.
- Own the complete solution lifecycle, from requirement discovery to deployment and support.

What We're Looking For

- 4–8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or solution engineering.




- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integrations, databases, and application development.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with customers and independently deliver solutions.

Good to Have

- Experience with MCP and agentic AI architectures.
- Exposure to enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Finance systems.
- Experience with workflow automation and enterprise AI platforms.
- Prior experience in customer-facing or Forward Deployed Engineering roles.
